- Expedited Shipping: Typically delivers within 2-3 business days after the order has been processed.
- Express Shipping: Typically delivers within 1-2 business days after the order has been processed.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and can vary based on factors such as shipping carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays that occur once the order is with the shipping carrier.
2. Shipping Charges
- Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order and the delivery location. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
- Free Shipping: From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions. The eligibility for free shipping is based on the promotion’s terms and conditions. If applicable, free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

Note: Orders placed after 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) may not be processed until the following business day.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- Domestic Shipping: We currently offer shipping within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- P.O. Box Addresses: We can ship to P.O. Box addresses via standard shipping. However, expedited and express shipping methods may not be available for P.O. Box addresses.
- Military Addresses (APO/FPO): We are happy to ship to military addresses, including APO/FPO addresses, using Standard Shipping. Expedited or express shipping options are not available for these addresses.

5. Tracking Your Order

8. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and assist in locating your package. If your package cannot be located, we will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We may require photographic evidence of the damage to initiate a claim. We will either send a replacement, offer a refund, or issue a store credit based on the situation.
9. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Currently, Mimo Boutique Baby does not support the ability to ship an order to multiple addresses in a single transaction. If you would like to send items to different addresses, please place separate orders for each shipping address.
10. Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately, and we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be honored. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mimoboutiquebaby.com, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request before the order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process.
